  I'm very pleased with my appointment. It was an emergency (I had to make an appointment the next day), and no one else in the area was available, but the doctor came early to see me, performed a comprehensive set of tests, and treated me very professionally, both he and the receptionists. I highly recommend it.

  It was my first and last time. The doctor spent most of the visit telling silly stories about himself, keeping me speechless. From the moment I walked in, he criticized my weight. After the examination, he only wrote me a prescription for birth control pills, which I hadn't asked for and which wasn't the purpose of my visit.

  Registration for a dozen or so women is for one hour. In my case, between 9 and 10 a.m. Before the mammogram, a breast ultrasound and a gynecological ultrasound are mandatory. (These are covered by the National Health Fund). The waiting time in line is 3.5 hours, and only after the mammogram does the doctor give you a referral. Just before 1 p.m., you learn that the doctor won't see you because she works until 1 p.m. and you have to come back tomorrow. No, because of that waiting time in line, you could have had a mammogram ten times, or driven around Bielsko twice. Finally, after a rather heated exchange, the doctor performed my mammogram. Okay, let the doctor do all these tests for women (Preventive Care is needed), but for God's sake, don't register a dozen or so women for one hour. We complain about the lines and the healthcare system, but something's not right about this clinic. No, no, no.

  I don't usually write reviews, but after today's visit, I couldn't resist, especially considering the unjust reviews below. I saw Dr. Zmaczyński today for the first time (on the National Health Fund). I've never felt more cared for by a doctor (any doctor, not just a gynecologist, but also private appointments). He conducted a comprehensive assessment. The entire visit lasted an hour! I got answers to all my questions, even some that hadn't even occurred to me, which, as it turns out, addressed very important issues. Dr. Zmaczyński is very personable, explains and explains things thoroughly, creating a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The entire staff was very nice. I will recommend this place. :)
