This Mrs. Mrozek is the worst doctor there is. Dr. Blaska has a different approach to children than Mrozek.

Overall, I highly recommend it. It's the only clinic that answers the phone, so you don't have to wait three hours outside the clinic to see a doctor! I really appreciate the entire Blaska family of doctors! I haven't lived in the city for 20 years, and I commute to such a wonderful internist as Mr. Adam and Ms. Małgorzata, the pediatrician :) The ladies at the front desk are also very nice, Ms. Jadzia is an angel! My kids love her, even when they have to go to the spa 😀 I took a star off for Dr. Mrozek. Years ago, she was a good doctor, but I think she's burnt out. Not only is she unpleasant for the children, but she's also unpleasant for the parents. While Dr. M. Blaska was away, we used Dr. Mrozek's treatment twice... it turned out to be a treatment for a developing tonsillitis with calcium. The second time, she started acting like a little child and throwing tantrums when I asked for L4 for a sick child. She couldn't handle the program and took it out on me. Dr., it's time to think about retirement.

During my son's first vaccination, the doctor (older, black-haired, a bit close to retirement, with a perpetually scowl) told me I was a bad mother because a good mother wouldn't fund her child's vaccinations through the National Health Fund (NFZ) and would buy them from them for 150 złoty. It's clear how much I love my child, that I enjoy watching him suffer and spending money on something other than helping him feel better. I think the comment is inappropriate, and everyone has a choice. Today, we had a vaccination appointment at 3 p.m. At 4:30 p.m., when the doctor left the office, I asked how long we had to wait, as I start work at 5:30 p.m. and can't be late. She told me, with a nasty look on her face, that we'd have to wait as long as necessary. I informed her that I couldn't wait any longer and would reschedule. The doctor burst out laughing and slammed the door in our faces as she entered her office. We're never going back. The only advantage of this clinic is that Mrs. Jadzia works there, who is a lovely, warm person with a great approach to children and you can see that she likes her job and is not working there as a punishment.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother, a 67-year-old patient. She's had zero tests for years, despite constant medication. After visiting a doctor and requesting basic blood tests, such as a complete blood count, liver function tests, potassium, and glucose, she was given a negative response, and the doctor's explanation was that the facility would incur excessive costs. She had the tests performed privately, at a total cost of 60 PLN. Shame on the facility.

One dentist was a real disaster. She broke my tooth, then cut into my gums. She said it was beyond her capabilities and referred me to a surgeon. The pain was excruciating, unbearable, and even for an experienced dentist, I absolutely do not recommend her!
