I've never been treated poorly at a clinic. From the registration desk to the doctor, including the one on duty. But I'm always smiling and don't have unreasonable expectations. I come for help and I get it. P.S. I don't usually write comments, but reading this nonsense from frustrated citizens with the lowest ratings is painful. That's all.

Although there are many negative reviews here, I want to share that I encountered a wonderful approach to patients. Dr. Ziółkowski was completely professional, like a doctor from Leśna Góra 😃. I felt cared for. He explained everything and discussed everything. Unfortunately, there are not enough doctors like him. He's the right person in the right position, and we need empathetic doctors. Bravo, Dr. Ziółkowski ❤️❤️

After pleasant service and an exchange of words with the nurse, the doctor once again didn't disappoint, maintaining his level of professionalism and earning a 1/5 rating. The visit began with the patient being scolded for going to her family doctor with a cold, not spending time in the emergency room. The waiting room was empty, of course, but I understand the "doctor's" problem. I also don't like it when someone interrupts my jam or an interesting TV show. No help, no medications. The doctor, uninterested in the patient and her symptoms, dismissed the second week of a nagging cold with the words, "Nothing's wrong, you're healthy." Best regards to the nurse. See you next time!

How can you cheat people out of money like that, I called and didn't get through because I interrupted the repeated 5th place in the queue and it cost me 16 PLN, this is a scandal, change it!!!
