It's supposedly the 21st century, but it's still like the previous century, there's no online registration, you have to call all day because there's no one to answer, there are no online results either, you have to pick up and drive yourself, time has clearly stopped

The clinic is hopeless. The doctors are unruly, everyone does whatever they want. You have a flat-rate medication, but the doctor writes 100%. You have authorization to collect medication from your parents, but the doctor won't write a prescription. The ladies at the counter are a disaster, except for Ms. Dorota.

The clinic is beyond words, the ladies at the reception are not nice and rude. You can't get anything done or get information by phone. The staff needs to be replaced!!!

From 1:30 p.m. on average every 5 minutes until the current 2:42 p.m. I've been trying to call; but it's constantly busy... and yet they're open and supposed to serve customers...

I'm very happy with my pregnancy. I had it managed and was very happy. 99% of my appointments were on time, and the midwife was very nice and always helpful. The doctor also makes same-day appointments with my family doctor if there's anything serious. I've never had a problem getting an appointment for my children. It's difficult to get through by phone, but that's the case everywhere.
