The place may not look great, but you have to look inside to see that the people at the heart of the facility truly care about the patient. They offer a complete understanding of their needs, good communication, empathy, and above all, a reliable and professional approach to the patient. My feelings and my opinion are based on what I experienced there. I met Dr. Kamil Pruchnicki. He is a man of immense knowledge, extremely humble, and puts the patient first. I was clearly and comprehensibly informed about the procedures to be performed during the procedure. And after the procedure itself, I wasn't left as just another statistic; the doctor remained genuinely interested in my well-being. An incredibly warm person. A true caregiver. I also can't forget the nursing staff, who were incredibly warm, kind, and courteous. A team that performs a very hard and responsible job with great dedication, never letting on that they are tired or bored by the patient's requests for even the most basic things. The orderlies are also the unsung heroes of this facility. Of the ward where I was hospitalized: Orthopedics. Despite the pain and stress, this team worked better than painkillers. They were smiling and welcoming. I wish you a peaceful shift and thank you for everything. Orthopedics Department, December 9–12, 2025.

It's a complete joke. I advise you to avoid her completely; the receptionist is rude. If you ask when appointments will be available, you'll get an answer. You'll be left without a doctor and no information.

Nice medical staff, orthopedist Brzyski is a great doctor, there is a long queue of people waiting for a booked appointment, you have to take the queue the day before

The nurse spent 50 minutes inserting an IV into a patient because, as she told a colleague, she hadn't done it in a while. A procedure that takes 30 seconds is a disaster! I was on crutches waiting for the vaccine to be ready after surgery. When I politely asked how long it would take, I was treated like an intruder. Finally, the receptionist came and gave me the injection... it took 15 seconds. Bravo!

Drink water, and no help at all. The woman at the registration desk is rude and unable to provide basic information, such as doctor availability.
