A few months ago, I made an appointment for a specific doctor today, which the receptionist provided me with. Today, upon registration, I learned that my appointment was suddenly scheduled for tomorrow... at a different time and with a different doctor. It's a disaster, with system errors. I was told a specific date, but it was scheduled for a different one. I live far away and wasted my time traveling and returning home. And I still don't know what's going on with my appointment because the other doctor called in sick. I ask if anyone will be contacting me to reschedule, but the receptionists don't know. In a normal place, patients in this situation are called in and rescheduled. Here, they just send a text message saying the appointment has been canceled, and nothing more, no further information. It's ridiculous.

(pediatric clinic) Just because someone graduated from medical school x years ago doesn't guarantee competent service in a medical facility, and they should be aware of this, because at the end of the day, they're at work, and they should be competent. It's sad that a few minutes after the appointment, I don't trust the doctor I see with my child. It's comical that Dr. Ewa Kwiatkowska places more importance on commas and capital/lowercase letters in the medical records she completes during the appointment than on communicating with the child's parents who come to her with specific questions. This facility could use some patient care training, because as others have written, time has stood still there (in terms of the staff's mentality). Knowledge and behavior should be updated; healthcare workers are absolutely no exception. I'm giving it 2 stars because the nurses aren't a complete disaster :D

I've been reading the reviews and decided to comment. My two children have been under the care of this clinic for over 16 years. The medical staff is wonderful. We've been through a lot, but you can always count on help. The doctors' competences vary. Not always the highest level of professionalism. But it's a National Health Fund clinic. Fortunately, it's been renovated. And it looks normal. There are queues. Regarding UKR status... and people with this status who give it a 1-star rating. The topic is quite complicated, and perhaps there's a reason for that.

A successful first visit to the family doctor. Helpful registration (they explained everything despite our limited Polish), clean, on-time appointment – no long waits. The doctor was thorough and prescribed the necessary medications.
