One star is too many. The Christmas emergency service from Friday to Sunday was a disaster. When I called the emergency room on Saturday, I was given two numbers for a doctor who was obligated to see a sick patient. Then, no one answered for 30 minutes. My condition worsened on Sunday. I called again, and a doctor, probably from Ukraine, called back. She informed me she wouldn't come because she was alone in the hospital, and if someone came with back pain, there wouldn't be a doctor available. I have a 73-year-old patient with cancer, diabetes, asthma, and breathing problems. It's simply a disaster. I don't recommend it.

I am writing to express my absolute delight at the results of the cataract surgery performed at this ZSK, including a brown cataract in one eye. What you have done is a true 'MIRACLE'. I see the world in dazzling, vibrant colors with exceptional clarity. You could say it's a return to full life. The surgeon's skill and precision are unparalleled. The entire staff, from the reception desk and the nursing staff to the medical staff, demonstrates angelic patience and exceptional empathy, making me feel exceptionally safe. I was completely disarmed of fear. Your facility is a role model. I recommend the ophthalmology department. Dr. Marta Noga-Guzy is a very empathetic person; thanks to her, I've already had my cataract surgery. All the doctors are competent and provide excellent patient care. I also thank Dr. P. Gościniewicz for his concern during the examination and Dr. A. Kabiesz for the cataract surgery. As for the nurses in the department, they vary. Best regards, Monika.

Hello, my father recently underwent a lens implant to improve his vision and quality of life. Thanks to the head physician, Dr. Adam Kabiesz, I can now say that he can see, move independently without any assistance, and has regained his joy of life.
