While visiting Gdańsk, I had a blood test at Wyspa Medycyny Przyjaznej – fast, professional, and friendly service. The doctor was informative, very helpful, and made the process smooth and comfortable. I also received my results quite quickly. I will likely come back on my next visit to Gdańsk. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my appointment. Before the appointment, I was quoted a price of 280 PLN, but after the consultation, I received a bill for 580 PLN. No additional tests or analyses were performed during the appointment; nothing "out of the ordinary" occurred. The instruments used during the examination at other doctors' offices are usually included in the consultation fee, but here they were charged as an additional cost, which I was not clearly informed about beforehand. Furthermore, after the appointment, I didn't even receive a clear diagnosis—I only received recommendations and a list of medications. I feel there was a lack of transparency regarding the costs and standard of service. I do not recommend this doctor.

Based primarily on patient reviews and treatment results, I chose WMP. I wasn't disappointed. From the first visit, I felt "taken care of"... The receptionist was completely professional. Dr. Piotr Rak's incredible approach to patients – vast knowledge, kindness, empathy, and a smile... Ms. Ewelina – a very kind, gentle nurse who provided reassurance at every stage of the procedure. The results of the treatment exceeded my expectations... Dr. Piotr's "golden hands" improved my well-being for many years to come -:) I highly recommend WMP
