However, there was one big downside — my appointment started an hour later than scheduled, and the administrator didn’t inform me in advance. From our conversation, I realized they knew about the delay but just didn’t bother to let me know.

The clinic is wonderful, very clean, cozy, and warm, with great music playing. The staff is very welcoming and nice, and a big thank you to the gynecologist, Anastasia, who is very sweet and polite.
