Complete chaos and disarray. There's no information on how to enter because the front door is undergoing renovations. There are no sign-up times. Upon arrival, we found ourselves waiting for several hours. The rude receptionist, who lets everyone know she's being held at the registration desk as a punishment, advised us to ask the line "who's last?" and wait for hours. It's a profound mental communism. If you have time to stand outside the office all day, then yes, but if you work and value your time, I wouldn't recommend it.

The center has a lot of work to do if it wants to get back on its feet. Zero information, zero cooperation between staff. My husband and I waited three hours for an appointment. At the reception desk, they told us to wait outside the office because the doctor would be calling. Patients arriving later were called before us. Then, after three hours, a nurse graciously came over and said that starting today, they were doing EKGs on first visits. She told us to go elsewhere, and then, upon returning, we continued waiting. A total disaster.

The receptionists were very helpful and engaged when I tried to reschedule my appointment with the specialist. They called other patients to inquire about rescheduling. After several phone calls, the matter was resolved successfully. The women were polite and very kind. Thank you for your professional service.

The young students on duty will only help you leave the center faster, they don't even want to click on the keyboard and that's their job, you will be insulted and asked why you came there, they have no idea about diseases, everything for them is Covid.

On night duty. There were nine people ahead of me, and the doctor kept one person waiting for anywhere from 10 to even 25 minutes. Then, when I was ahead of two people, the doctor said she was going home for a while. Half the waiting room was very nervous. I don't recommend night duty.
