  I saw neurologist Dr. Włodzimierz Jaworski on Monday. I don't recommend this "doctor," although it's hard to call him a doctor when he doesn't even treat patients. I had an appointment with a referral from my internist, and his clinic was the fastest. I traveled from afar, scheduled for 5:00 PM, and was seen at 5:50 PM. As soon as I walked in, I was told my referral was invalid. I checked my IKP (Institute of Medical Records), and the referral was valid (issued less than a month earlier). Then he told me he wouldn't examine me because I had the wrong code on the referral. I said, "How can he possibly say I have the wrong code when he didn't even conduct a medical interview with me?" He told me he wouldn't listen to me and told me to leave. I was treated terribly rudely, and on top of that, I came from afar with severe pain. Patients waiting in line also felt the same way about this doctor and only go to him because there are no long wait times." I'm not surprised now why there's such a long wait when everyone there has a bad opinion of him. I don't recommend this guy. I definitely won't be going back, and it would be good if someone finally took action because I'm not the only one who's been treated badly.

  Jestem spokojnym człowiekiem ale dodzwonić się do rejestracji wyprowadza z równowagi .System informuje o 6 miejscu w kolejce do połączenia a po 25 minutach,gdy jestem już 1 nagle informacja,że czas oczekiwania jest zbyt długi i sugestia,by zadzwonić później.Takich operacji wykonałam 4 razy po 20-25 min.Zostałam rozłączona ,gdy byłam już 1 w kolejce do rozmowy.To brutalne i bezczelne traktowanie pacjentów,często bardzo chorych.Dlaczego nikt tym się nie zajmie i nie ułatwi kontaktu .To chyba tylko tak działa NFZ w Kołobrzegu,że doprowadza do skrajnego wyczerpania nerwowego człowieka.😡😡😡

  This is a complete misunderstanding. I've been trying to call for almost a week now, and there's no way. They keep telling me you're sixth in line, and after 40 minutes of waiting from sixth place, I finally get to first place. When I'm first, after a short while, the machine informs me that the wait is too long and disconnects. It's simply a nightmare. I've never seen or heard anything like this anywhere. The name says military specialist... etc. It may sound nice, but contacting customer service is a great blessing; they have to work there, and it's a real disaster. If you can, I recommend Gryfice, but not that commotion in Kołobrzeg.
