Unfortunately, this was a very unpleasant experience. The X-ray technician was rude and rude. She gave the impression that she was doing her job as a punishment. She spoke in a high, unpleasant voice and kept me from getting a word in. There was no empathy, no courtesy, and no professional approach to the patient. I definitely won't be returning to this office in the future.

Today, September 17, 2025, while at WSPL Gubin, I used the X-ray clinic. The staff was very friendly and professional. The lady prepared me for the X-ray in a very professional manner. I'm impressed by how kind you can be to a patient. Bravo!

Very friendly and professional service. The lady in the X-ray room saw me even though she had long since left her job! Within a day, I managed to arrange everything, received a referral from my family doctor to a surgeon, and received the X-ray results.

The X-ray lady was a disaster. She was so rude, it was like she was working as a punishment. The way she treated an elderly person is beyond comprehension. I understand that a few things need to be explained, like how to stand, etc., but it could have been done in a much nicer tone. It's sad that the clinic allows this kind of treatment of the elderly. I certainly won't let this matter go.

I went to an orthopedist and was later referred for an X-ray. The doctor and his assistants treated me wonderfully, especially the woman who decided to immediately X-ray my knee because I live in another city. I'm very pleased.
