  The ophthalmologist was a disaster, and the wait time was even worse. Upon entering the office, the doctor was unpleasant, raised his voice at the caregiver and the child patient, and, I might add, at times even spoke in a sarcastic tone. This was my last visit to this doctor, never again.

  Dr. Zbigniew Karaś, MD – a dermatologist consultation is a joke. He kept repeating that the skin lesions (which were clearly fungal in origin, as confirmed by another dermatologist during a private visit the same day) were neurological in origin, and he couldn't do anything about it. He wouldn't refer me to a neurologist because he couldn't see the skin lesions anyway. Maybe it's time to retire if the "doctor" doesn't even see the skin lesions and ignores the patient's information.

  It was a disaster. I called on Friday to make an appointment for my child with a doctor, and the receptionist told me it was for Tuesday. I told her I needed a doctor today, not Tuesday, so she told me she couldn't make it and that I had to take my child to the ER. The clinic on WIEJSKA Street was easy. The child was admitted immediately.

  I took my child to a dermatologist. It was a huge mistake. The doctor said it wasn't atopic dermatitis because the parents didn't have it. He spoke nonsense unrelated to the topic. The child has dry skin caused by the nervous system. At the next visit, he didn't even examine the child. He said to keep applying over-the-counter ointment and it would go away on its own. Goodbye. I left the office in shock that people could be treated this way and charged for it. I don't recommend the visit; it's better to go to a pharmacy. A pharmacist will be more helpful.

  An appointment with the ophthalmologist was scheduled for 9:40, I actually came in at 12:15... In the office, when I asked how long the examination would take, because I was supposed to be at work at 12, I heard that I was "arrogant and demanding" and that I should change my tone or cancel the appointment (after the first administration of drops to dilate my pupils before the examination of the fundus of the eye...) With an interval of about 50 minutes, I was given 3 times!!! drops to dilate my pupils... I was not asked even once before the examination if I had a driver to go to work (after the administration of such drops, the eyes need about 4 hours to see properly, I was not informed about that either). I was not asked what my job was, I was not informed when I would start seeing "normally" ... Doctor, maybe I will surprise you, but we, ordinary mortals, also work - we have children who need to be taken to school after an appointment scheduled ON TIME. Our mothers, neighbors, etc., waiting for your graciously devoted time, are often sentenced to the PKS timetable or, like today, one of the ladies in the queue to see you, almost burned with shame in front of the other patients, because she explained to her son publicly several times that there was a "slight" delay. As it turned out, the nervousness of this lady's son was justified, because he had a night shift and had been waiting in the car for 3 hours with a 5-year-old child to take his grandmother home ... Even your young age cannot be an excuse for your complete arrogance and lack of empathy for us patients ... Shame ...
