We've been calling since 7 a.m. on Monday to register our 3-year-old, who has had a fever since Friday. At 7:48 a.m., the woman answered for the 60th time and said there were no available appointments. It's always the same. Since we've been registered at this clinic, we've only managed to register once. It's a failure.

You're experts at ignoring customers. What's the point of a phone if no one answers it since 7:00, or if it's either unresponsive or busy? It's high time to change the name, something more relevant. I'd give it a zero *, but that's not possible. Best regards.

Doctors don't want to admit children with fever or other ailments, the ladies at the reception don't answer the phone from 7:00 a.m. you can call endlessly if by some miracle you get through 7:15 there are no more places

Registration was quick. The phone was answered on the second ring. The receptionists were very nice. The surgeon may have a tough personality, but he provided all the information and guidance on further treatment. Not bad 🙂
