  I've been calling since 8:30, it's almost 11, and no one has shown up. I just need my test results so I can see the doctor. The doctor, of course, is the same from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., so I don't know if I'll make it. Next time will be Tuesday... a disaster... there are companies that serve people out of turn (I wonder why :)). Rudeness, bribery, and a lack of empathy.

  The receptionist who answers calls from specialists is very unfriendly, she's just sitting there as a punishment... you have no life, you want to be treated and from the very beginning it's a bad experience, and getting through on the phone is a disaster. I called on April 2, 2025, despite being first in line, no one answered the phone, and it wasn't just once, but several times throughout the day.

  Someone at the front desk is even answering the phone. Five in line, and finally, a call arrives, and no one answers. If sitting on your ass at the front desk isn't your thing, go to the Biedronka Lidl store. There's no need to answer.

  The ophthalmologist at the top, in a word, was a disaster!! The visit lasted 5 minutes, the glasses prescription was issued – I paid for it! The glasses are ornate, you can't function in them. Next visit to a different ophthalmologist, a completely different vision defect... I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
