  The non-walking patient was discharged home and waited for long hours for transport home, which took place at 2am. !! The patient was not even removed the catheter. The level of interest of the staff is scandalous. This place does not even deserve the name hospital. There is better care in African countries than in this questionable institution.   Emergency visit for eyes We were checked in so professionally and the staff were the most polite and friendly I have had the pleasure to deal with. We were shown to the right floor and seen with in minutes. The eye doctor was brilliant and put our minds at ease straight away. The man on the parking gate was lovely and so polite. This hospital gets my 5 stars.Thank you Zgierz hospital.

  A 72-year-old woman with over three years of Alzheimer's disease fainted on Wednesday morning, February 18, 2026. After 9 a.m., an ambulance took my mother to the hospital. Around 2:30 p.m., she underwent blood tests, an EKG, and then a CT scan, the nurse told me, as the pseudo-Dr. Król wasn't reporting anything. It wasn't until 5 p.m. that she told me she'd have one more test and then release the patient around 7 p.m. When I returned to the doctor at 7 p.m., I found that Dr. Król had gone home without a word, hadn't left instructions, and the replacements kept asking me what the test was supposed to be, whether it was imaging or what, because they didn't know anything. After more than nine hours in the ER in Zgierz, I took my mother home, in worse condition than when the ambulance arrived: she was dehydrated, shaken, and so weak she could barely stand. AFTER OVER 9 HOURS IN THIS circus called the Emergency Room, I learned nothing about my mother's health, and I received no tests, nothing. Unless you're under the influence, avoid this place at all costs. THIS CIRCUS SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED BY THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE. I encourage anyone embarrassed and harmed by the emergency room in ZGIERZ to file complaints with the Patient Rights Ombudsman, the hospital management, the Medical Chamber, the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), and even the Prosecutor's Office.
