  What happened to this approximately 70-year-old man was an absolute scandal and a display of utter incompetence. He tripped in a sports hall, cut his head on the edge of a window sill, and bled so heavily that he began choking on his own blood. He was unconscious for a moment – ​​a serious and potentially life-threatening situation. After all, the brain is the most important organ in the human body! When the ambulance arrived, one could have expected professionalism. Unfortunately, instead of real help, they delivered a display of disregard. The patient was taken to the ambulance, but not even a proper dressing was applied, as the paramedics declared it "unreasonable." How can anyone even utter such words when an elderly man had a cut on his head, was bleeding and still lying unconscious and unable to breathe? The most outrageous thing is that two paramedics simply went to sit in the front of the ambulance, leaving the injured man alone in the back. One sat for half an hour staring at his tablet, writing something down, while the other stared idly at a tree. Meanwhile, the patient – ​​freshly unconscious, with a gash in his head – was left unattended. This is unacceptable and utterly irresponsible. Finally, the patient was sent home without a dressing. It's hard to describe this as anything other than a disgrace to the healthcare system. A lack of basic care, a lack of commitment, and a complete lack of respect for human beings. This behavior undermines trust in the entire emergency medical system. If this is what "help" looks like, it's frightening to think what would have to happen for someone to actually take the situation seriously. Continued: The next day, he decided to go to the hospital alone with his wife, only to discover he had a fractured skull and a concussion.

  I strongly advise against it! The emergency room was a complete mess. When I went to the emergency room with a referral to the hospital and a diagnosis of pneumonia, the wait for the Internal Medicine doctor to come down was almost three hours. All the patients present in the emergency room wanted to withdraw their referrals and go to another facility. The staff repeated their request for the doctor to come down three times – at this point, I would like to thank the young man who handled the triage, who contacted the Internal Medicine department and explained the situation specifically, which likely convinced Mr. Bąbe to finally graciously come down to the patients. For the next three hours, the doctor examined two people. He spent most of the time alone in the office and changed his mind several times – once he informed me that there were no beds in the ward, then after a while he claimed there were two, only to deny it again. He didn't provide any clear messages. This disorganization and information chaos exacerbated the stress of patients and their loved ones. One patient, also with pneumonia, had a hard time waiting for a medical examination as his condition steadily worsened and was eventually placed on oxygen. However, this didn't pique Mr. Bąba's interest – he was still forced to wait, as the aforementioned doctor put it, "for his turn." Due to the patients' outrage, the coordinator intervened, and free beds were found on the ward. Mr. Bąba's approach to patients is tragic – when he came with a diagnosis of pneumonia, the doctor was interested in the patient's entire medical history! He was outraged by the fact that we didn't have hospital records from 2014 from his stay in the Surgery Department, where a minor procedure was performed. I deeply sympathize with everyone who has to work with this man, as he also shows a lack of respect for the staff. The wait time for a decision on admission to the ward was approximately seven hours, which is absolutely unacceptable in a situation requiring medical attention. Patients were not informed of the reasons for such long waits. The emergency room was chaotic, and staff attempted to calm the situation, but the doctor's behavior made this impossible. Those working at the facility informed us that Mr. Bąba's behavior is common. The emergency room should operate efficiently, transparently, and with respect for patient dignity. Unfortunately, in this case, both professionalism and basic empathy were lacking. I hope the facility's management will learn from this and improve patient care standards.

  I'd like to sincerely thank the gynecology and obstetrics team for their excellent care during my hospital stay during my laparoscopy. A special thank you to Dr. Tomasz Mucha, who guided me through this stressful process with such professionalism. You can tell that laparoscopy is his specialty. I felt safe, cared for, and listened to. The procedure was performed very aesthetically – which is also important for a woman. Thank you again!

  I don't recommend ophthalmology. This is the first time I've encountered such a rude approach from a doctor. On December 10, 2025, around 1 p.m., the doctor yelled at me in the hallway, telling me she didn't perform the procedure I was asking about. In a phone call a week earlier, the nurse had told me to come in for a qualification for the procedure on Wednesday between 12 and 1 p.m. I waited almost two hours for a referral to the hospital, and was sent back and forth. Ultimately, I was sent back empty-handed. The ophthalmologist and the staff couldn't answer my question about where blepharoplasty is performed for medical indications. So what do you do there, and what knowledge do you have? I'm wondering if the doctor's manners and patient care are only available during a private visit?
