The best help one could ever get. From the guards, who would open a closed parking lot seeing we come with a sick kid, through fast and efficient registration, to an amazing doctor, super helpful, engaged, pleasant. And literally NO WAITING TIME. I didn’t know such places existed, honestly, I thought it was solely the idea of the screenwriters:) and yet, here they are. HUGE thank you to all personnel!

The staff was very kind and effecient. We were admitted and my child got really good care. Constant check ups, very clean spaces.

Despite the fact that most of the medical staff in the intensive care unit are competent and gentle with young patients, I can't offer a better review. There's one nurse who frightens children by shaking them awake and flipping them over on the bed instead of gently laying them down like the other nurses. This nurse's behavior is repulsive. I advise any parent leaving their child in the hospital's care to demand that Ms. Justyna Łaz be removed from their care.
