  Really attentive service. I don't fault the hospital for the waiting times as this is beyond their control and a result of PiS under investing in much needed services. On my visit I was attended to in a timely manner and give the best of care. Test results were comprehensive and much faster than even private health care available in my home country.

  It's impossible to get treatment here. The care is poor, you have to ask for doctors, and they ignore information about worsening conditions/new symptoms... The nurses make a big deal out of a patient asking for help with an IV, which is a huge insult, because they should be able to manage on their own. Not everyone is knowledgeable about medicine. Overall, two stars are for the hospital's cleanliness, and the food... bearable. Some items are edible, but there could be a bit more.

  The surgical ward staff deserves the highest praise. From the very first moment, the complete professionalism, calmness, and immense kindness of the entire team were palpable. The entire medical staff not only performed their duties impeccably but also demonstrated empathy, patience, and concern for the patient's comfort. Post-operative care was of a very high standard, ensuring a sense of security and trust during recovery. I extend my deepest respect for such hard work. Words cannot express my admiration for the entire staff. Your work is invaluable. I extend my special thanks to the head of the surgical ward, Dr. Piotr Potocki. This place is created by dedicated people who truly care about their patients. I sincerely thank the entire staff for their care and commitment.

  I agree with all the negative reviews I've read here. I can't comment on the entire hospital staff, but I can say something about Ward 1. The nurses and doctors (I only saw the women) are rude, even rude. You're not allowed to ask questions, or you'll either be insulted or completely ignored. They act like they own their own farm, and the patients (and families) are treated like livestock. I understand that the hospital's condition can be explained by a lack of funding for healthcare, but how can you explain the staff's brazen behavior? I'd give 100 stars for the theoretical mission of saving lives, but the staff gets a 1.

  My grandfather died in this hospital on Saturday morning. They said he wasn't fit for the intensive care unit, and to hope for a miracle, as it turns out, a close relative of my friend, who was also in this hospital, was told the same thing and died. The hospital is chaotic, and it's almost impossible to reach an agreement with any of the doctors. The fact that someone is in serious condition and supposedly "unfit" is, I assume, just an excuse and too much paperwork, as usual. To give my grandfather painkillers because he died of metastatic cancer, you had to come in and ask them yourself. I don't recommend it.
