  I don’t recommend. A terrible service. Misleading information, unhelpful and a nasty attitude from a blond woman with a tattoo on her arm at the reception desk. They also seem to apply a double standard in dealing with patients. I was sent to purchase a mask before being even able to talk to them while they allowed all the other patients inside without having the masks.

  I had an appointment with a gynecologist and paid 250 PLN. The visit lasted maybe five minutes. The doctor gave me a very cursory examination and said everything was fine. When I reported the pain, I was told it was definitely not a gynecological problem, but something with my stomach. Unfortunately, this was a false diagnosis. I went to another doctor, who diagnosed me with PID – pelvic inflammatory disease. I am very disappointed with the approach and quality of the visit. For that price, I expected a thorough diagnosis and more patient care.

  On August 4, 2025, at 6:55 AM, in dire need of treatment, I wanted to use the restroom in the clinic building. I was dryly informed that the restroom was for patients only. Using the restroom at such an early hour cannot be considered a privilege. I'm on strong medication, the effects of which can be surprising and, unfortunately, unpredictable. There's a restroom for such little ones at the train station, but what if something happened? That's not their problem. I staggered to the Medison, and there, also in a private clinic, they allowed me to use the restrooms without any problems. After all, you're also a healthcare provider, and I have the impression that a veterinary clinic would have more empathy for what is surely a rare case at this early hour. I then called the owner of the establishment, who firmly sided with the people who wouldn't issue the key. "Sir, it's unacceptable for you to use the restroom." I don't wish anyone ill, but being in great need at least once in my life and being heartlessly refused is all I can wish for all the parties involved in my morning misery.   240 PLN for a dermatologist consultation, The visit lasted maybe 3 minutes. No discussion about diet, no tips on cosmetics and how to care for your skin. Bam, a prescription for a drug that, when discontinued, caused acne to return. Doctor Kalilzadeh clearly missed his calling.
