  I was in a difficult situation. Four days before my departure abroad, I learned I needed a mammogram. When I called, the center had a system outage and couldn't register, but I was assured that the center had available appointments that same week. When I called the next day, the receptionist in Śrem rudely informed me that there were no available appointments in either Śrem or Poznań. I was misled, and I lost time that I could have used to urgently find another facility.
