  Compared to other places, the wait for appointments is pretty short. The reception staff generally do their job, though they can sometimes seem a little unfriendly. They don’t speak English, but if you use a translation app, you’ll usually be able to communicate without much trouble.

  I see two main problems with the clinic: The receptionists are absolutely forbidden from sitting shoulder to shoulder – there are three unseparated windows, meaning everyone has to shout over each other, creating an unnecessarily tense atmosphere. I'm not surprised the staff are rude after a whole day of shouting over colleagues and repeating everything several times. A phone call (if answered) is pointless when the colleagues next to you can be heard louder than the person on the other end. The second problem is that referrals are issued only internally; my blood draw is in two months and my doctor's appointment is in three (I couldn't use the referral anywhere else, so these were the first available appointments). I'll be able to get treatment privately, and the referrals will only be a check-up... On the plus side, I appreciate the medical staff – the nurses have a friendly attitude, walk around smiling and joking with patients; the doctor patiently listened to my problem and advised me on what to do next. The visit itself went well but the two problems mentioned above mean I can't give it more than 2 stars.

  Pani doktor Agnieszka Witkowska-Janik to wspaniała specjalistka. Była bardzo pomocna, konkretna i jednocześnie niezwykle pozytywna oraz przyjemna w kontakcie. Wszystko dokładnie wyjaśniła i poświęciła mi tyle czasu, ile było potrzeba, żebym czuła się spokojnie i zaopiekowana. Naprawdę miło trafić na takiego lekarza – z empatią, uśmiechem i profesjonalnym podejściem. Zdecydowanie polecam.

  Reviews of the Vitamed clinic at SZWEDZKA Street 18: Some of the ladies at the front desk are rude, unaware of who they're talking to. I've experienced rude treatment from patients more than once (I'm 82 years old). I asked for a quick telemedicine consultation regarding a medication I needed. The woman I contacted told me she could schedule an appointment. This is how they treat sick people over 80. This is how these ladies often treat people in need of help. Vitamed, 18 WILEŃSKA Street
