I've been a patient at the Vita-Med clinic on Wileńska Street in Racibórz for two years. Overall, I have no complaints, except for one thing: whenever I use the restroom during a visit, there's no toilet paper, no soap, no towel, and no hand dryer. It's shameful and reprehensible that hygiene is neglected in such a facility. Such things don't cost a fortune. And if the owners of this NZOZ (National Public Healthcare Facility) are skimping on such basic things as hygiene products, how does that compare to skimping on diagnostic equipment, and therefore, why are they skimping on us, the patients?
