  I'd give it 0 stars, but I can't. It's impossible to reach the occupational health department by phone, and the waiting time for registration (not even for tests) is from 8 a.m. to 12 noon. It's a disaster. Doctors wait for patients, but registration is impossible. Something needs to change in this system.

  If you have a severe toothache, they schedule an appointment in 10 days, and while you're waiting, they prescribe a tooth rinse! Instead of immediate treatment, all you need to do is remove the tartar and rinse your teeth with mouthwash. Maybe you should hire a specialist who can at least eliminate the cavity?! Maybe this doctor used to be qualified, but now she can't see the cavity, and all they can recommend is a mouth rinse. I'm desperate. Waiting 10 days in pain for advice on a mouth rinse...

  It's pathetic and embarrassing... Doctors come and go as they please. I've been trying to get tests done for work for two weeks, and the doctor takes the day off, only seeing patients on Thursdays and Fridays. And when you call, they can be vulgar to the patient.

  Occupational medicine is an absolute joke. In theory, it's better to make an appointment by phone to be sure the doctor will see you that day, only to discover that's not necessarily the case, as there's no set waiting list and a flood of people from the previous day who weren't seen return. Some had to come back 3-4 times on consecutive days to finally get their appointments sorted. When I went to the registration desk and asked if I was scheduled for that day (after providing all my information over the phone, including all risk factors), I ended up having to wait in line at the registration desk, not knowing if you'll be seen that day. Each person waits there for a good 20-30 minutes, but the doctor sees you until 11-12. The lack of competence and reliability in their work is palpable. Answering the simplest question borders on a miracle, and you get the impression they're doing the staff a huge favor. One star because, unfortunately, it's the lowest rating possible.

  Today, around 9 a.m., I went for an injection for sciatica. I was informed at the treatment room that they are now accepting patients for EKGs and other procedures, and there is a schedule, but injections are not being administered, and why I don't know about this. I explain that I went for injections last week after 8 a.m. and no one said anything about it, that they don't administer injections from the morning until 1 p.m. because they have a schedule for EKGs and other things. I wait patiently for about 40 minutes for patients to come in, but there are two people left for EKGs. I waited until they came in and I want to go in for the injections. The doctor tells me to wait. I tell her there's no one there, but she ignores me and continues asking at the door who's there for EKGs and other procedures. I say it's hard for me to wait any longer and I want the injections and go home, but the doctor tells me to leave the room where there wasn't a patient and says I have to wait until there's a gap, so they can administer them. Injections. I ask how long I have to wait, but the woman can't say and keeps saying "luka" (as it will be). Unfortunately, I couldn't take it anymore and told her I wouldn't leave without the injection. The woman called the clinic manager and said there was someone for the injection but he wouldn't leave the office. What should I do? They told me to call the police. I said, "Please call the police, I'll wait in the office." The woman told me I was very stubborn and that I wasn't afraid. In the meantime, a patient came in to have his blood pressure checked, and another woman was serving him in a chair. She told me to leave because the patient's details will be entered here and it's GDPR, and I should leave. I told the woman, "Why did she call the patient when I was in the office before him and now she's telling me to leave?!"? I stand there waiting for the injection. Finally, the woman asks for my details, and I tell her there's a different patient in the office and GDPR is in effect. She just said the same thing to me. I said, "Here's the order for the injections. Please read the details." She tried to convince me that I had injections last week. Someone must have told me that in the mornings, things are different and they administer the injections from 1 p.m. I said I didn't receive that information and the lady will come up with some regulations now. It's a ridiculous situation, to only arrive for an injection after 1 p.m. Not everyone can do that. And secondly, calling the police on someone who's been waiting with sciatica for almost an hour, still can't wait for the injection, and is being threatened with the police?!!! The lady said I was being aggressive, and I asked her why. Did I even raise a finger at her? No, but I raised my voice. It would probably be best to lower my head and wait until 6 p.m. when they're closing this place. The ladies should be there for the patients, not the other way around. Shame and disgrace, where do we live? Even half a star is worth giving here, but not all ladies are like that; there are also some normal ones.
