It's a complete PATHOLOGY. A person has a cold, needs a doctor's appointment, and it turns out the next available appointment is in a week... The person will have recovered by then. THERE IS A SHORTAGE OF DOCTORS!!!

The doctor provides the necessary assistance, but getting through is a struggle. Either it's busy or no one answers the phone. I understand that the clinic is extremely busy, so perhaps a second line is needed, separate for teleconsultations and registration? Not to mention that illnesses aren't planned, and urgent cases are often told the next available appointment is "next week."

I do not recommend this clinic due to the lack of competence of the nurses, lack of empathy, no possibility of contact/non-stop busy phone, in my opinion, hung up, in my case 6 days/. This clinic has no point in its existence and financing by the National Health Fund. It is a pity that the doctors from this clinic do not react and will not deal with this rubbish in the time of the crisis caused by Covid and will not give relief to patients who are fed up with it. difficult access to health care, they still have to fight with incompetent "nurses" who have forgotten that the system has changed.

I do not recommend it, the service is not nice, especially the nursing staff, they create problems at every step, you have to fight for everything - referrals, advice, emergency help even in urgent cases!
