  Shuch a shame! paid lots of money to do a blood tests for my family then went abroad the links with resoults didnt work for one of my child and I asked them co re-activate this account, they have said they cant because of rodo...I had all my details on hand needed to do this but they didnt even bother to reply... So I have waisted not only my money but my value time for such a disgusting behaviour please correct your customer service.

  It's been a disaster lately, I don't know what's going on, but it's a disaster. It wasn't like this before, and it's getting worse. Dentistry is a disaster. People wait three to six weeks for an appointment with a problem that's getting worse, and then they call the day before to say it's canceled because the doctor won't be in. In that case, I ask for a replacement, but there's no way, despite the pain and abscess that appeared within the last 24 hours. And the next appointment is in a week or two. Why do they care if you have other obligations and things to do? We always have to adapt to the doctors' schedules? It's a disaster. I don't recommend dentistry. However, gynecology and neurology are as high-quality as ever.

  I arrived at the Verticulus clinic, convinced I had an active declaration, as I had been seeing the same doctor for a long time and had never had any problems before. Upon arrival, the nurse (a blonde woman) informed me that my declaration had expired. I explained that I was working and, due to my severe illness, needed to take sick leave and urgently consult with a doctor. Unfortunately, I was told that such arrangements needed to be planned in advance, that there were no available appointments, and that I should actually take time off. I was also informed that even if I missed work due to illness, the doctor wouldn't issue me a sick leave. This was very upsetting and incomprehensible to me. When a patient is unwell and needs help, they expect support and a professional approach, not rejection and a lack of empathy. I hope that in the future, patients in similar situations will be treated with greater understanding.

  This concerns the neurology clinic and doctor K. The visit lasted less than 10 minutes. No interview, just a prescription, and goodbye. How can you call yourself a processor and prescribe tramadol to someone taking the maximum dose of serotonin reuptake inhibitors? Sometimes the first visit can be the last, in two ways. PS. I recommend everyone check the patient's account to see what services have been provided. There are such small things as a nose test, etc. PS. 2 They're happy to refer you for an MRI (they have their own), then they won't even look at you if something shows up, but you might hear, "It's normal." What kind of person do you have to be to approach people's lives this way?

  I would rate it 2.5 stars on Google Maps, but system limitations require rounding the rating. Therefore, I'm giving it a positive rating, as everyone deserves a little better. Besides, I once went to a dentist's office in the USSR, so my rating scale isn't based on poor experiences. Ventriculus is a renowned (read: locally famous) medical center. I've personally visited it several times and might return someday, but only if I have no other option. Surgery and orthopedic consultations are top-notch, at least during private visits. Required occupational health tests are conducted quite efficiently. Psychological tests for drivers are as usual, without any major quirks. Only the Gyges ring experiment overshadowed Landolt's valuables ;) The attitude and demeanor of nearly half of Ventriculus's employees, both staff and doctors, are discouraging. A certain lack of a consistently positive atmosphere is noticeable here. I'm not including any photos because they really care about cleanliness there, and the interior design and architecture of the building haven't yet become overtly pretentious and, in a way, kitschy in a poor style (?). Nevertheless, the center itself seems like an intrusion into the urban fabric and an example of discontinuity in the urban landscape.
