The impudent woman at the counter tries to convince people that in the 21st century, patients must carry paper medical records from previous clinics, and this is a requirement for admission. The women, sitting next to each other, can't seem to reach an agreement or provide consistent information. Even though one of them tried to do her job properly and register me for the clinic, the other, a "know-it-all," effectively prevented her colleague from working. I see that in 10 years, the quality of service hasn't changed, or maybe it's gotten worse.

My mother used the services of Ms. Paluszek, an ophthalmologist, and I don't recommend her. The doctor was about an hour late and the visit lasted only 5 minutes, resulting in a poorly performed eye exam because she didn't pay attention to performing it correctly. The doctor is very incompetent and dresses like she's going to a disco, not work.

This clinic is a complete disaster. It's almost impossible to get through on the phone. The phone has been off the hook for two days. Whether it's a pediatrician, an ophthalmologist, or a gynecologist, the situation is the same. After arriving with a sick child, I was asked to kindly register with the doctor, and I was told, what do I imagine? I had to make an appointment by phone. I politely explained to the lady that I was constantly on the line from 8 a.m. to 12 noon, trying to reach her. There are four women at the reception desk, and the phone can ring as much as I want.

I highly recommend this gynecology and obstetrics clinic. The midwives are angels – always kind and smiling. Dr. M. Tiszler is professional and kind to his patients. 👍🏼
