  I felt good that I want to cry. Maybe just hormonal. The way midwife Barbara, doc who did USG 👌 I’m an Indian whose husband work in IT, we pay high tax in Poland 🇵🇱 If this is the service we get, then no regrets. Even language wasn’t an issue. GOD BLESS Barbara🙏 Edit - I was so happy, next time I went for consultation. I was so disappointed ☹️ Dr Zoulikha Jabiry barely spoke (meeting her in Medicover she was sweet). Only students were checking. No smile & empathy. Receptionist 2 ladies are good. 1 mid aged lady is sweet in gynaec dept. 1 lady very grumpy 😠 Ppl who are unhappy in their job, should just quit. Why cause agony to others by swelled face, angry expression & grumpy demeanour, like we went there to ask their money 💰 Please have empathy towards pregnant 🤰 and other patients. Be kind . It’s free. Cost nothing. You can get good KARMA🙏

  I am super frustrated with the level of service. I have been trying to schedule a hysteroscopy and surgery since December. After calling hundreds of times just to get through, I finally secured an appointment for February, only for it to be canceled because the "only" doctor went on vacation. It was rescheduled for April. We took time off work and traveled from outside Warsaw, only for them to cancel the day before via SMS because the doctor is now on sick leave. This hospital has no backup plan, no communication between staff (every person we speak to says something different), and zero regard for the financial and personal costs patients incur to get here. If it takes five months just for a pre-exam, will the operation take years?

  I would like to sincerely thank all the staff at the hospital for their kindness, professionalism, and the great care I received during my stay. I am very grateful to all the doctors I met throughout my time in the hospital for their dedication and serious work. A special thank you to the midwives, especially the one who helped me during my delivery. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her first name, but I remember that her second name was Maria. In fact, I named my baby Maria. I would also like to thank all the nurses who took care of me and supported me during my stay. Thank you all for your hard work, your dedication, and for the care you give to your patients every day.
