  I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to the entire staff of the Strzelin hospital, especially the Palliative Ward team. The doctors, nurses, medical assistants, and orderlies demonstrate professionalism, great empathy, and genuine concern for the patient. I would like to thank Dr. J. Polanski and ward nurse A. Paszkiewicz, as well as the wonderful nurses, medical assistants, wonderful orderlies, and physiotherapists for their support and care for my brother, Stanisław M.   Nighttime and holiday medical care was abysmal. The Ukrainian "doctor" was barely understandable. Not only did he speak quietly, but his Polish wasn't very good. Furthermore, instead of seeing the patient immediately, they preferred to chat with the receptionist. For over half an hour, the only sounds in the office were laughter and giggles through the door. As soon as I entered, I immediately felt an unpleasant atmosphere. He immediately looked down on me, asked me questions casually, and when I did say something, he acted as if he didn't care.

  I wholeheartedly wish to express my immense appreciation and gratitude to the medical staff of Strzelin Hospital, particularly the Internal Medicine and Palliative Care teams. This is a place where professionalism is paired with empathy, patience, and genuine care for others. The doctors, nurses, caregivers, and the entire staff demonstrated not only high medical competence but also extraordinary sensitivity and respect for the patient and family. In difficult moments, they were able to provide a sense of security, peace, and dignity. We thank them for their warmth and understanding, their attentiveness to my sick father's needs, and for the dedication they put into their daily work. Such staff are a true support and proof that medicine is not only about treatment but also about presence and humanity.

  The hospital is like something out of the TV series "Daleko od noszy," with pseudo-doctors from Banderland, rude, and incompetent, speaking no Polish. The doctor's diploma was probably bought at a bazaar in Kiev. Avoid it completely.

  It's been three years since I wanted to write my opinion. This is the worst hospital and Internal Medicine Department in Strzelin. And the worst care. My mother was there three times within a short period. The attending physician was Dr. Marzena Tołoczko. The care they provide is unimaginable. My mother died there. The nurses have their own language, who tell you whether to take a bag of things or throw them away. Zero remorse. Zero condolence and sympathy for the family of the closest ones. I still cannot come to terms with such care and the approach of the doctor's staff to the patient and family. I hope none of my family ever finds themselves there. I am a senior nurse myself, with extensive experience in the profession and an approach to the sick, poor people who I'm counting on medical help from doctors and nurses. Only in Poland will it take longer. I live and work abroad. And here it's unthinkable. Regardless of the age of the sick, injured, and ailing people. Something unthinkable. Sincerely...........
