I often visit the clinic and every time I encounter very friendly midwives and receptionists who are always there to help and smile. Special thanks to Ms. Iza ;) Recently, I've also started switching to midwives for collections. Pap smears and smears are not only taken in a very comfortable atmosphere, but the midwives also convey their extensive knowledge in a very pleasant and understandable way. Delays do happen, that's a fact, but it's important to remember that every patient is different, so the time required for an examination can sometimes be longer, sometimes shorter. Everyone wants to be thoroughly examined and have all their questions answered. The receptionists always send text messages about delays (when they're able to work, and sometimes I notice (while waiting for my appointment) that the patient calls and inquiries tend to pile up).

The ladies at the front desk are friendly. You can sign up for a waiting list, and if something opens up, they'll call with an offer. The offices are well-equipped. And the icing on the cake – physiotherapy with Dr. Jórasz – I highly recommend it!

I advise against visiting this place for anyone who values themselves and their time. There was a half-hour delay, which the receptionists didn't bother to inform me about by phone. After that, when I asked how long it would take, as I had other obligations, I was told I could leave since I was pressed for time. The receptionists' behavior was arrogant, even though the customer was paying a significant amount of money. The appointment never happened; I left, wasting precious time.

Ten minutes before our appointment, we received a call to expect a 10-15 minute delay. After 35 minutes in the waiting room, we left. No information was provided as to how long we would have to wait. We had a small child with us, so it was already stressful enough.

I don't recommend it. The delays, mainly because of the doctors. I saw the same doctor twice within two weeks with a recurring infection, which should have been a sign for a smear for culture. The doctor examined me for a few seconds and diagnosed me with another common infection. So I booked an appointment with another clinic, where they immediately took a smear and it turned out I had trichomonas, which is quite serious, and the delay in getting the smear made it much more difficult to treat. This was my third consultation with Dr. MM. I'd already shared my opinion about him, focusing primarily on the atmosphere in which the conversation took place. I received a response. The doctor swore that he had a pleasant conversation and that my dissatisfaction stemmed primarily from my lack of knowledge and disapproval of his solution to my situation. This was untrue; the negative review stemmed from the very tone of the conversation, and although the doctor may not have perceived it that way, his patient perceived his behavior as judgmental, which is more important, because it's about the patient's experience. Perhaps the doctor could improve his language, as people might perceive things differently :)) I also mentioned feeling unwell, a low-grade fever, recurring infections, and an enlarged lymph node in my groin, but the doctor completely ignored it, and later it turned out to be trichomonas. I don't often write such negative reviews; in fact, this is the first time I've ever written a negative review about anyone, so I'm not exaggerating. If you're someone looking for professionalism or, above all, SUPPORT during treatment, this clinic is not for you.
