  If I could give a zero, I would. The helpline staff are rude and rude, they don't provide information, hang up mid-sentence, and nothing can be resolved. It's a complete waste of time, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Terrible service, outdated systems, and the people working there are doing it as a form of punishment, blaming the entire world for having to be there. It's a failure, a disgrace, a disgrace. I called again to ask for the receptionist's supervisor. She said she was her own boss, then I overheard her talking about me to a colleague and hung up. This is not how you treat people. It's arbitrary, there are no consequences for such behavior, and it's the result of this assessment of the entire clinic, as you can see. DISGUSTING. I recommend not funding such practices and going somewhere else where people are treated with respect.

  I'm satisfied, it's quick and to the point. The staff is very specific in answering individual questions. I received excellent service. The nurse in the treatment room was very positive in responding to my questions. The occupational medicine doctor was very thorough. It's true that waiting times can be long.

  Waiting so long is absurd, a complete lack of respect for time. I don't recommend it. It's better to go somewhere else. Especially avoid Bazan-Stajno, a nasty doctor who likes to create artificial problems.

  Reading the reviews, I was prejudiced against this place. However, I found very nice people at the reception desk, and I figured reviews aren't always accurate. But not this time. I arrived at my scheduled time, and a guy was already at the window. My appointment was for 11:50, and I was given number 8. But they told me in the queue that numbers aren't required. So, after the gentleman in number 7, there were two more people, and then me. I finally managed to get in around 1 p.m. What's more, the doctor responded phenomenally to my "good morning," quoting: "MY SURNAME." Very polite and professional.
