great service. as I do not speak polish yet - that was my only option and I did not regret it. I was able to schedule a visit with urologist for the same day and get diagnosed very quickly so I was able to get proper treatment on the same day I've felt bad. 5 days later - I'm feeling great. so only the best impressions from the clinic and the service the only flaw is that you can sign up in the web webform not to all doctors. a little system flaw. however, they have plenty of messengers and I was able to schedule the appointment in the chat still without having to call anyone which is perfect!

Was really “pleased” to be waiting for my visit to a neurologist for 20 minutes and to be happily ignored because they were helping out other patient. Btw, I have some business to do right after this visit ,too. So if I were at least warned that “sorry ma’am we are running a bit late we are helping out another patient. Please wait.” Really disappointed because I pay for this visit and it’s not for free. My visit was scheduled on April 7, 2022, 16:00.
