  Getting to see a pediatrician with a child is a disaster... today we learned that once again... we were at the clinic at 7:30, only to be at the front of the line with two children by 8:00... at 8:10, the lady informed us there were no more spots available for our pediatrician... in 10 minutes!!! And you can't just make appointments "from one day to the next"... only one person before me had their appointment card for this doctor... I don't recommend it!

  I don't recommend this clinic to pregnant women. 1) I asked at the registration desk for the midwife's contact information. They gave me a phone number. I called, and the woman, surprised, said she hadn't worked there for eight months.... 2) Appointment with internist No. 1. I asked for a referral for tests (blood, urine). She refused because I was pregnant and had to go to a gynecologist under the National Health Fund (NFZ) for free. I thought these tests were covered by the National Health Fund once a year, but apparently, pregnant women aren't, so I didn't complain and politely left. 3) Appointment with internist No. 2. Qualification for the pertussis vaccine. She gave me a prescription for the vaccine, fully prepaid. I was supposed to go to the pharmacy, buy it, and then come to the clinic for the vaccination. I searched online for any pharmacy in Tomaszów that stocked the vaccine (only two pharmacies did). So, a trip to the pharmacy, 130 PLN deducted from my account, then a return to the vaccination center. At the vaccination center, a surprised nurse told me that these vaccines are free for pregnant women and that she has them right here. I just burst into tears of helplessness.

  I do not recommend this clinic for working people, it is almost impossible to get an appointment and not everyone has time to wait in front of the clinic from 7 am, which does not guarantee success.

  The doctors are great but the reception is terrible... I had a teleconsultation scheduled for 1:50 p.m. They asked me to call, I waited 1.3 hours on the phone and then they hung up on me....
