I had a checkup with Dr. Justyna Kwitkiewicz. The checkup was completed. However, I felt a significant lack of communication and empathy. The doctor didn't explain exactly what she was checking, what her conclusions were, or what the future recommendations were; I had to ask about everything myself. As a patient, I felt treated rather coldly, like "just another number." It's a shame, because I expected a more collaborative approach and explanations.

I strongly advise against using the services of this dermatologist (I don't remember her name; she's an older woman with short brunette hair). This woman's knowledge has definitely stopped working long ago. She didn't help me at all, didn't tell me what was wrong, and recommended medieval treatments that didn't produce any results after a month. After consulting a second dermatologist, the doctor's recommendations were completely wrong. The second dermatologist's recommendations resulted in elective results after one day, and the problem disappeared after a week... It's a shame I only lost 200 PLN...
