Horrible place. You make an appointment for 2:00 PM, and the doctor shows up after 3:00 PM. Within an hour, there's a line of 20 people. Some get numbers, others don't. No one knows what the line is like. No one knows who gets in. It's a real lottery. Dr. Paluch chooses the order of appointments, so those numbers don't really help. It's a disaster.

A terrible place. It starts with the administrators being rude to customers. I went to see Mr. Sowa, an orthopedic doctor. Before checking how the joint was working, he didn't tell me it might be uncomfortable and that I might develop arthritis later. I couldn't stand on my feet for a weekend! The administrator didn't believe I had a problem and spoke to me like I was talking to a liar. She said she should discuss it again and pay another 200 złoty to let the doctor see for himself what he did. A terrible place. Please think twice before going to this clinic. I don't recommend it!

As always, the service was completely professional. Both the receptionist's work and the doctor's visit were top-notch. Changing the appointment time was no problem. The medical consultation was punctual, efficient, and professional, in a pleasant atmosphere. The interview, diagnosis, and recommendations were all explained and explained. The recommendations were clear and understandable. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Jerzy Malinowski.
