  If you're a foreigner, I don't recommend you to go there, because they are very rude / racist, they take advantage if they see that you only speak English and additionally the prices are too high like they would deserved 5 stars for their work (they don't even take vital signs, and in that way they did a blood test to my friend without his consent, which are clearly red flags).

  I'm extremely disappointed with the way my 82-year-old grandmother was admitted to the dermatology department at 7:00 a.m., as recommended by the hospital. In reality, she wasn't admitted until 3:00 p.m.—she sat in a chair for eight hours, despite having leg wounds and severe pain. I understand that hospitals are busy, but the lack of communication and basic organization during the admission of an elderly person is unacceptable. Seniors deserve to be treated with dignity. Furthermore, after a full day of waiting, my grandmother reported feeling cold and a significant deterioration in her well-being. This shouldn't happen to an 82-year-old.

  I'd like to share my very good opinion of the Surgical Ward in Cieszyn. I was admitted there due to a femur fracture above my knee replacement and underwent surgery. The procedure was performed very professionally—the incision and sutures were performed with exceptional care and aesthetics. The entire team deserves great recognition. The care was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and dedicated. Special thanks go to the attending physician, Mr. Jacek Ochałek, for his professionalism, calm demeanor, and excellent patient care. I wholeheartedly recommend this ward.

  I'm delighted with my stay at this hospital. I'd especially like to mention the otolaryngology department. The doctors and staff create a very comfortable and pleasant atmosphere, able to relieve stress before a procedure, leaving you with positive memories of that time. The staff is very caring and willing to help. Everyone in this department is a cohesive team. I especially recommend Dr. Jękot for his professional approach to patients. During the visit, he was very specific, yet very kind and approachable. I truly recommend this department and this hospital.
