The appointment was scheduled well in advance, with text and email notifications and reminders. The office was closed at the scheduled time that day. After waiting 20 minutes, I gave up. Not even the word "sorry" was uttered during the phone call. The rude lady shouted over the phone and informed me that she lived far away and it was winter(!?). Lack of goodwill, understanding, and empathy for the patient. I do not recommend this clinic!

I highly recommend it. A wonderful midwife and a wonderful doctor. A very positive atmosphere. Patient-focused, with extensive knowledge, helpfulness, and commitment. I have private healthcare through work, and I plan to only go here from now on.

He listened carefully to my symptoms, explained everything clearly, and answered every question calmly and understandably. He was very tactful, gentle, and respectful during the examination, making me feel comfortable and safe.

I had a visit for a preventative care program. The doctor went above and beyond. After the visit, I needed support and help, which the receptionist and the doctor provided. I highly recommend this place, although it's nothing like the modern, fancy clinics, but it's the people who make it.

I've been to the National Health Fund (NFZ) doctor a few times (I know he also sees private patients). So far, everything (tests, recommendations, and clarification) has been perfectly fine. The doctor is a taciturn doctor, but communicative and to the point. Appointments are punctual – there are no "busy hours." That's why I'm surprised by some of the negative comments. I can confirm that you don't have to wait long for an appointment. What good is a doctor when I have a sudden, unexpected health problem and my appointment isn't for a quarter? I also give the receptionist a positive review. She's a wonderful, empathetic person with a capital "A" :)
