  Ladies and gentlemen, this is what the entrance to the clinic looked like on November 12, 2025 (photos). It looked the same on November 7, 2025. To enter the clinic, you have to climb over broken tiles on the stairs and then jump onto unstable chipboard. I personally helped an elderly woman on crutches get across because the tiles were moving and posed a risk of falling. In the 21st century, reaching this clinic is disastrous! If this were in the US, hypothetically, you could twist your ankle and then file a lawsuit for several million dollars. In Poland, that's impossible. Regarding the clinic's operation, the conclusions are bleak – deep in the communist era. A few instructions: arrive at 7:00 a.m. and stand by the door until 7:30 a.m. until the receptionists kindly open the gates to this relic of the communist era. Of course, rain or cold doesn't matter. Elderly people stand, shivering, and wait. At 7:30 a.m., there were over 20 people at the entrance, and the receptionist immediately told them there weren't enough appointment numbers for everyone that day because there were only two doctors. The receptionists were aggressive and unhelpful. Their attitude was very demanding, giving the impression that they were being punished. The doctor, as well as the woman in the treatment room, were kind and helpful – hence the 2 out of 5 stars. Due to the proximity of the clinic, people are forced to use this facility. If anyone has a choice, I strongly advise against it. The mess at the entrance and the receptionist's attitude leave one with no illusions about the future of the National Health Fund (NFZ). One feels that our hard-earned contributions are being well spent.

  This clinic is a joke. I have an URGENT referral to an ophthalmologist for a post-op checkup, and they're giving me an appointment in a month. And I'm happy that I should be happy it happened so quickly. It's a joke, not a healthcare service.

  after more than 2 hours of waiting on the hotline (and reaching the medal-winning 3rd place in the queue), even the machine stopped counting, a total of 2:30 on the line and only 3 people in the queue (and then silence, after about half an hour I gave up)

  Gynecology clinic. Dr. Firas Albarudi is a helpful and good doctor. He works quickly, thoroughly, and very carefully. I recommend him.
