  Try to get through the reception, I spent 2 days, hours on the phone trying to book consultation, tells you that you are number 2 in the queue, first time after 1 hour and 10 minutes I hunged up, it is ridiculous. I tried 7 times and every time the same story. At the end I booked it somewhere else.

  I scheduled an appointment with a referral. The doctor informed me that I would only need a referral before my appointment. When I got there, it turned out the referral was supposed to be delivered and the appointment had been canceled. I asked the surgeon if he could spare me literally 5 minutes because the situation was obvious and it wasn't my fault, but he even attacked me for wanting to come in without an appointment. That brief conversation gave me a full picture of the professionalism, and I opted for another doctor. Looking back, I don't regret it, but I won't be visiting this clinic again. This is what service is like when you don't pay privately with cash.

  I came from Tarnów. I've been in the surgical ward for a week to learn parenteral nutrition. The hospital is well-funded and, above all, very comfortable for the patient. The rooms have three beds, but from what I've noticed, a maximum of two patients are admitted to each room. The staff tries to assign patients to available rooms first, and then, when there are a lot of patients, the next patients join those who are alone in the rooms. In other hospitals I've been to, they would push patients into one room to fill all the beds, and only then allow them into an empty room... Here, it's very comfortable. The rooms have a bathroom with a toilet, a sink with a mirror, a shower, and a window, meaning we have access to clean air because sometimes there was a sewage smell, but that was taken care of by the smell visible in one of the photos :), so that's not a problem. The bathroom also has a shower chair in case someone is not fully functional. There's a free, 24/7 LG TV hanging on the wall (see photo), and it even has a working remote control. A 24-hour spring water dispenser is available in the hallway (you need to bring your own cup), heated or chilled by the flow. You can also ask the staff for a tea bag and sugar sachets, and you can pour yourself a cup of tea at any time. The hospital doesn't have a kitchen where meals are prepared, so catering is provided. I can't comment on the food's taste, as I haven't eaten anything due to my symptoms. Dr. Jerzy Sałówka - A very good man. Always willing to help patients solve any problem. From many verified reviews, I know he's an excellent surgeon, and I'd like him to perform a bowel salvage surgery (stoma removal) in a few months. The nurses are very helpful and kind. They do their best, offering advice in every situation. They provide great emotional support for patients. Overall, I must say I'm very pleasantly surprised. I recommend this hospital to everyone and give it the highest possible rating. Thank you so much for everything ♥️
