It's the only hospital in town and in case of any accident or other serious health problems you actually have no choice. In any other case I would stay as far as possible from this institution.

I wholeheartedly recommend the gynecology department at this hospital. Top-notch care, empathy, and understanding are what truly sets this place apart. From the women who prepare the rooms, to the midwives, nurses, anesthesiologists, and finally the doctors. I've been in this department twice, and the care both before and after procedures truly deserves recognition. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support and help.

It's a complete disaster. I don't recommend anyone go to the emergency room at this hospital to save their lives. My husband took me to the emergency room on Saturday (yesterday). The man at the registration desk greeted me with "NOOOOO!" and, without listening, directed me to another part of the building, to the outpatient clinic, to the doctor who was handling triage. I spent six hours there. When I finally managed to get to my collection, it was 10:00 PM. The doctor listened to me and asked me, "What do you expect from me?" I was at my wit's end... He prescribed me a referral to the emergency room and Nimesil, informing me that I would have to wait there for another few hours. I saw plenty of situations there, including the doctors' attitude towards patients. One woman was choking in the hallway, and the doctor commented, "You have to wait, ma'am, I have a patient. There was a drunk guy sleeping in chairs. Nobody cared. The doctor admitted him without waiting, took him into the office, and then he went back to sleep. When he landed on the floor and the patients started making noise, the nurse helplessly asked, "What are we supposed to do with him?" The guy sat there (sleeping drunk) from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., then the police picked him up. I will never go there again. I'm warning you too.

What's going on there is a circus. Waiting seven hours to be admitted with a sore arm after a fall on an icy sidewalk. A guy was admitted last because it wasn't an emergency. People who arrived later were seen faster. We were seen at the very end, after the hallway was cleaned, with no respect for others. The young nurse in the emergency room is rude and arrogant, with zero manners. When we ask for information, he does it with grace. And the nurses in the room laugh and shout as if they were at a party. Is this supposed to be professional healthcare? We won't go there again because it's a waste of our time.

Pathology in the pediatric emergency room. I sat with my son, who suffered a shoulder injury, for over five hours. I can handle it, but a child!!! Do you think we're cattle or patients? If there's one doctor for the entire hospital, I'd appreciate different admission logistics. I don't know. Give me cards with the admission time, instead of waiting for the gentleman to deign to attend to the smaller patients. Drama, and more drama!
