  The extreme level of rudeness of the "surgeon" and the young "doctor" from the emergency department, who, on top of all this, made an incorrect diagnosis. Insulting sick, defenseless people at the mercy of tramps with straw sticking out of their shoes? God forbid we be treated by such arrogant individuals, devoid of culture and empathy. The focus is clearly on "money." Please forget about the Hippocratic Oath or any medical ethos. It's no wonder this profession is losing trust in Poland.

  I don't recommend staying in this hospital, at least not in the orthopedic ward. I ended up there after an accident with a shattered pelvis and sacrum. I was prescribed pyralgin for the excruciating pain of sciatica following the injury. It wasn't until the fifth day that I managed to convince the doctors to give me something for the neuropathic pain. Three days after the accident, the Pill doctors were ordered to administer a suppository. They stood over me with the suppository, and when I heard they planned to roll me onto my side (and the doctor had expressly forbidden me from rolling onto my side), I firmly and decisively forbade them from rolling me onto my side. No one listened to me. I was brutally yanked and rolled! I started screaming like a slaughtered animal, blindly beating myself with my hands, from pain, not fear. I almost lost consciousness from the pain. The doctors complained to the head doctor, who scolded me even more. I've never had anything worse happen to me in my life. When I explained to the nurse that I had a broken spine, I was told that the sacrum isn't the spine!! What? I'm asking! The ladies were so brazen that they accused me of beating them and lying about the spine. That's my experience; I wouldn't put myself in that position again.

  I was a patient in the hospital's general surgery department in November when I was admitted to the emergency department, and in December 2025, I underwent surgery there. I would like to thank both my attending physician and the entire department staff, who made me feel truly cared for. The atmosphere in the department during my stays was friendly; I felt comfortable and safe there. I thank each and every one of you. I am grateful that fate placed such kind souls in my path. Dr. J. Grabias, who admitted me to the emergency department, not only helped but also supported me with kind words, Dr. A. Dettloff for his professional approach seasoned with a sense of humor (which always works wonders), and I would especially like to thank Dr. W. Mirek for patiently explaining all the nuances of the surgery and for the surgery itself! I wholeheartedly thank you for your help and professionalism! I am full of admiration and appreciation for the work of the doctors and the entire team. I wish you much success in this demanding work, and I congratulate the Management for the professional and excellent staff in the surgical department.
