The Systemic Rehabilitation Department fully met my expectations. I left the Department feeling fit and satisfied. The physiotherapists, Asia, Edyta, and Karolina, were fantastic. Very helpful, kind, and professional. Mr. Jacek, the Department's massage therapist, effectively restored my aching spine to working condition. I am very grateful to Dr. Górniak for her attentive care. I highly recommend the Department. Best regards.

On February 4, 2026, around 9:30 PM, my husband brought me to "overnight care" in Busko-Zdrój. What's happening with our healthcare system is a complete misunderstanding. The people working there have no empathy at all, their expressions are "why are you here?" Words fail me. I went there because I felt bad, my skull felt like it was cracking, and I felt very weak and had high blood pressure. After giving me a few pills and injections, they told me I could go home. 🤯 I asked for a discharge summary, written information about what you gave me? What should I tell my primary care doctor tomorrow? (because I was sent there) the nurse replied with a sigh... "You were given furosemide, captopril, and an injection in two halves." That's all the information I got, no written instructions, etc. I should mention that I wasn't alone; my husband heard everything, of course, there were other people there before me, and one woman was constantly asking for everything. Are we supposed to beg for proper treatment? What's going on in this hospital? Who's responsible for this? If anyone is responsible for anything at all. The nurse was incredibly kind when we were leaving; I felt like, "Go away, I want to sleep." Fortunately, at least at our Solec-Zdrój Healthcare Center, the medical team took care of me the next day, and I thank them wholeheartedly for that.

My stay in the infectious diseases ward. Words of appreciation and great thanks to Dr. Dutkiewicz, all the nurses, and the staff for their care. They are incredibly apathetic, committed, and always on call. They have a lot of responsibilities, but everyone is taken care of. The ward is spotlessly clean. I'm so grateful. Thank you ❤️

The Systemic Rehabilitation Department, where I stayed in January/February, is a very professional facility. The staff was pleasant and friendly. I would like to thank Dr. Górniak for her attentive care. I would also like to thank the physiotherapists, Asia, Edyta, and Karolina, for their professional approach and empathy. Mr. Jacek, the department's masseur, is a highly knowledgeable and pleasant person. The massages are professional. I would like to thank all the staff for their care. I recommend this department.
