Emergency room experience was great, everyone was kind and nice to us and doctors are competent. Only con is a bit waiting time (depending on triage - up to few hours), and total absence of English at reception desk. Nurses or doctors speak English, so prepare google translate before you arrive and you are fine. :)

I was admitted to the intensive care unit at this hospital, and the care and professionalism were excellent. However, I must mention that in the emergency department, due to the high volume of patients, I had to wait 6 hours to be admitted despite having bilateral pneumonia. Once I was transferred to a regular room, everything was excellent!

Szpital Praski is a very nice hospital where you can face with a good attitude and professionals. I was in this hospital for 3 days in the surgery department and these days I felt safe and that I would be taken care of in case of something. My main doctor was Olga Weducka and she is the nicest doctor I have ever met. Despite the fact that it was difficult for me to understand everything in polish, she explained everything clearly and understandable for me. The hospital rooms were clean and spacious, the food was fresh and tasty. So I definitely can recommend this hospital. P. S. thank you to the medical staff and special thanks to Olga for her attitude and attention to each patient!

I went on a Sunday to emergency and they treat me very well. From very nice administration guy that was very helpful to the nurses, the USG technicians and the doctor. It felt like a hospital should feel, a nice place where people take care of you :) 10/10
