  Holiday care at this hospital is a disaster... the doctor on duty today, December 27, 2025, didn't even listen to a child with the flu. He sends patients away without examining them. The esteemed Dr. Grduszak won't even issue a prescription... he refers patients to his family doctors, who aren't working during the holidays. This isn't how holiday care should work.

  A few days ago, I had varicose vein removal surgery at the surgical ward. My opinion: everything was positive. I was incredibly scared. However, it turned out it wasn't that bad. The nurses in the ward were completely professional and incredibly kind. The women in the operating room were absolutely wonderful. The doctor who operated on me, L.P., thank you from the bottom of my heart.

  The emergency medical personnel were fantastic. The ambulance crew truly saved my life yesterday. The hospital is huge, but unfortunately, the ER was understaffed and overcrowded. I was there from 1 p.m. yesterday and waited until midnight for the CT scan results. But I'm alive, so that's good, and I thank everyone who cared for me.

  I arrived at the Endoscopy Clinic in Włoszczowa and was very impressed from the very beginning. From the moment I checked in, I was met with a friendly and patient approach. The staff was calm, friendly, and helpful. Everything was thoroughly explained to me step by step. When I arrived at the procedure room, all my stress vanished. The medical team immediately created an atmosphere of calm and trust. The anesthesiologists are true professionals – smiling, empathetic, and with extensive experience. They were able to ease the tension, joked gently, and explained everything with sensitivity and calm. Thanks to them, I felt truly safe. The attending physician proved to be a person of great culture and compassion. It's clear he truly cares about his patients. He explained everything thoroughly, answered every question, and took his time. It's rare for a doctor to explain every step of the procedure so calmly and genuinely care about how the patient is feeling. The entire team worked like a well-coordinated team. The nurses were warm, helpful, and always ready to offer a kind word. No one treated me like another case, but as someone in need of support. I felt surrounded by care and concern. The procedure was very peaceful, painless and stress-free. I could also count on their attention and care afterward. It's clear that the patient truly comes first here. I would like to wholeheartedly thank the entire endoscopy team, the anesthesiologists, and the attending physician for their professionalism, warmth, and compassionate approach. We truly need people like them in healthcare. This is a place where one arrives with apprehension but leaves with a sense of gratitude and trust. Thank you for demonstrating what true patient care should look like.
