Registration is a disaster. I call at 6:58 a.m., and the automated system disconnects the call, because registration opens at 7:00 a.m. I call at 7:01 a.m., and I'm 13th in line. Finally, the moment arrives when the woman answers the phone and says there are no more doctor's appointments today. I should mention that the same situation happened the day before, and I didn't get an appointment with my child. I decided to go in person and politely ask if the doctor would see my son. Unfortunately, I didn't even have time to ask because the doctor, so angry, immediately went on the attack and told me to go to the director, explaining that she had an hour left and a lot of kids. At the registration desk, I was told the doctor's hours were from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., but I didn't get an appointment because I was 2:00 p.m. Hmmm... Besides, as a doctor, how can you not ask what's going on with your child? Empathy is key in a doctor, and in this case, it was lacking. It's sad that health insurance contributions are deducted from your salary every month in case of illness, and they're not insignificant. And when you need urgent consultations, you're unfortunately at a loss with hospital procedures, and doctors are doing you a great favor by seeing you. Of course, I'm not generalizing, as there are also dedicated doctors. However, today I haven't encountered one...

Huge respect and thanks to the surgical department. The staff truly have a heart on their sleeves, are incredibly kind and helpful. The staff in the emergency room is also very nice and friendly. Many hospitals should follow the example of the staff in Żuromin.

This was my first time in such a friendly hospital. Surgery department. All the staff were competent and friendly. Congratulations to the management. However, hospitals in Poland can be managed well. I recommend it to patients.

The District Hospital in Żuromin opened in 1981. It was the first inpatient facility to begin providing services to residents within its service area. A hospital bar has been operating since 2002. A publicly accessible pharmacy has also been established. Currently, the facility provides a wide range of medical services. I won't comment on their quality and effectiveness; everyone can judge for themselves. Some praise it, others criticize it.

Be careful with surgery, Dr. Głowacki lures people into surgery, he is supposed to operate, but Dr. Kraśńska operates, two hernias done, a year of recovery time and both need to be repaired
