I was at the hospital in Kętrzyn for knee surgery, and from the moment I walked in, I felt exceptionally well-cared for. The receptionists are incredibly friendly, the nurses and doctors incredibly kind and professional, and they're all so generous. I arrived alone, from just outside Warsaw, without my family, and the entire trauma and orthopedic ward was simply wonderful. The physiotherapists showed tremendous care and dedication. It's rare to find such good people. I wholeheartedly recommend this hospital. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness.

An orthopedist from the hospital in Otwock referred me here for planned knee surgery. Everything went very smoothly and well. My admission, consultation with the doctor, examination, and preparation for surgery were all excellent. The staff were amazing; I've never met such kind and smiling nurses. The doctors were very dedicated and answered every question. The service, as is typical in any hospital, was average. The place was clean. The doctor was understanding, and at my request, I stayed a day longer than scheduled after the surgery due to severe dizziness and a headache (normally from anesthesia). We live near Warsaw, so my husband checked into a hotel nearby and was able to visit me without any problems. I sincerely thank all the staff; I am very satisfied and grateful.

I'd like to thank the head of the surgical department, Dr. Masal, for the fantastic care he provided to my mother, who was admitted to the hospital with a massive duodenal hemorrhage. The care was wonderful, and she felt safe. I was fully informed about her health every day and felt like I was speaking with an empathetic doctor, which is very important.

It's been a while since I've been hospitalized, but my short stay in the General Surgery Ward was a very positive surprise. The nursing staff was professional, committed, and happy with their work. Dr. Andrzej Masal and Dr. Denys Kryvokryzh provided excellent care and professionalism. I might add that the ward is brand new. The rooms I stayed in have bathrooms. The food was excellent. Thank you for your care and help.
