Worst hospital I have ever experienced in my life. Staff has no sympathy, no empathy. The phone is never picked up. Zero communication with family of the patients. Left waiting for hours with creepy smiles. I have seen more empathy at a vet, than how you treat other HUMAN BEINGS. This hospital needs to be closed and sued for it's inhumane treatment of PEOPLE.

I would like to sincerely thank the entire team at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department for their professional care during my stay. From the very first moment, I felt very well cared for. The staff was incredibly kind, empathetic, and patient, and every question I had was calmly answered. The atmosphere in the department was very calm and supportive, which meant I felt virtually no stress before the procedure. The great commitment of the entire team – both the doctors, nurses, and midwives – was evident. Thank you for your professionalism, care, and creating a place where I can feel safe and calm, even in difficult health situations. I'm very pleased with my visit. This is my first hospital visit as a patient. It's the surgical ward. I'm having a planned gallbladder removal procedure. Smiling doctors, nurses, and orderlies. No stress or rudeness. The head doctor is a cool guy. Everyone is uplifting and offers suggestions. The food is sometimes better, sometimes worse, but the fasting day must have been tough. 🙁 I understand. The hardest part is getting through the reception, because the ground floor is chaotic, with no numbers, a tangled, disorganized line, and half the people are elderly and often deaf. 🤦 Despite this, the wait is only an hour from 7:00 AM. So it's still okay. 👍

I was operated on in the gynecology department, I thank all the doctors and nurses from the bottom of my heart and may the Lord protect everyone! Special thanks to the resident, a doctor from God and a beautiful, sensitive person.
