The maternity ward... I don't know how it even got the "Human Parent" certificate. Over a week without any concrete information about the baby, and all this right before the birth. Every change of doctor on duty made a different decision. Other women who were in the ward at the same time were dragged out to the very end with their labor. One of them had to be transported to another hospital with severe complications. The other woman—I don't know exactly what happened to her, but judging by the screams, I don't think it was an experience that qualifies as a human birth. The midwife responded with grace, as if she were working as a punishment. A special mention goes to the doctor who commutes from Warsaw—if you run into her, hang in there and make sure you get to the doctor's change. The only thing the lactation consultant achieved was to make breastfeeding unpleasant for the baby. The only positives are the younger midwives, but you can see they're being bullied by their older "colleagues," and Dr. Yaroslav—kind, approachable, and down-to-earth.

If I could, I would gladly give it 0 stars. The situation at the registration desk was particularly unpleasant—the woman serving was arrogant, rude, and responded in a dismissive tone, which is completely unacceptable in a place where people come in stressed and often in poor health. Instead of help, I encountered a lack of empathy. I believe the staff should undergo training in patient communication (especially the woman ;) ), and the organization of the emergency room urgently needs improvement. At this time, I do not recommend this place.

I'd like to thank the entire staff of the gynecology department. They were wonderful, professional, and compassionate people, everyone without exception: the doctors, nurses, and orderlies! I felt very well cared for!

I spent three days in the gynecology ward. Despite some fear and trepidation about going to the hospital, it turned out there was no reason to. The staff was very professional and empathetic, and the food was much better than the pictures of "hospital diets" circulating online. Thank you for the professional care!

The maternity ward is in a class of its own. Friendly staff, a pleasant atmosphere during such a beautiful yet difficult time as childbirth and the beginning of the postpartum period. I couldn't have chosen a better place, and I recommend it to every woman who fears a horror story. Nothing like that will happen here; everyone treats patients with understanding and respect. I'm especially grateful to the brilliant surgeon, Dr. Kozankiewicz. The entire ward is a well-functioning machine. The conditions are wonderful for the National Health Fund.
