I was in a car accident. After car accident I went to hospital feeling dizzy and with pain in my head, neck and back. After registration I was waiting 6 hours without being examined , just so they give me paper for RTG scan. This was around midnight. Guy next to me said that he was also waitihg half day just to get RTG. That is why I gave up of waiting because I was in pain and i needed to go to eat something since i am in hospital almost 7 hours... I was still dizzy and I painfull next days so I went back with this paper and they rejected me and send me for new paper and said i need to start again even though there was no one waiting for RTG scanning.

I spent three nights in the hospital in the ENT ward. I can only praise the medical staff and the attendants. The room was clean and tidy, with no TV (there was one in the hallway). The food was average, but edible. I have nothing bad to say about the doctor's care and professionalism.

I don't usually write negative reviews, but in this case, I felt compelled. Our visit to the pain clinic was a major disappointment. I was there with my grandmother, who struggles with severe knee and spine pain that makes it practically impossible for her to walk normally. The wait for a consultation is about six months, so we expected real, specialized help. During the visit, no in-depth diagnosis or treatment plan was offered. Despite our requests for more extensive testing, the only suggestion was to take painkillers, such as pyralgine. The doctor didn't even perform a basic examination—he didn't examine my knee or spine. He responded to many questions with helpless abandon, even though we tried to get specific advice. I don't want to personally blame the doctor—perhaps the problem lies with the clinic's organization or its remit—but it's difficult to understand that after such a long wait, the patient receives only emergency pain relief, without further recommendations or an attempt to identify the cause of the pain. For an elderly person with limited mobility, this approach is simply insufficient. At the end, I also add the poster with which the clinic advertises itself, because it differs significantly from what we experienced during our visit.

I had a colonoscopy at this hospital today. It was an embarrassing and unpleasant procedure. My respect and gratitude go to the doctor and the nurse who assisted him. The people who approached me with empathy, gentleness, and sensitivity. There was also some joking, which is important to avoid stress for the patient. I recommend this facility for endoscopy procedures. Thank you 🌺
