Awful facility! I have no words to describe the poor level of patient care there. The doctor, gray-haired and with a mustache, prescribes antibiotics blindly. Without examining the patient. Without any history. The phone is answered by very rude people who start the conversation with "what?" Awful approach, terrible treatment. In fact, no help at all. I've read all the negative reviews available here, and they're all true. I don't recommend them to anyone. I mean, anyone! Avoid them completely.

The facility is a disgrace, the staff doesn't give a damn about anything or anyone, people wait for 4 hours in the waiting room and they order food, lack of basic medical knowledge and personal culture, special greetings to the DOCTOR, I don't know his name because of course he didn't introduce himself, but he can make stupid comments, I hope he reads this: I wish you the worst things in life, man, you should never work with people, only collect garbage because you belong among them

I'm so grateful to the Orthopedic Department. Two years ago, I was admitted to the Emergency Department on a Saturday evening (professional approach). They quickly diagnosed me with a displaced clavicle fracture. I had surgery on Tuesday, and the entire Orthopedic Department staff responded very professionally. Now, it's just a matter of removing the screw plate attachment, and again, no flare-ups. Thank you so much.

We were met with tremendous kindness, professionalism, and commitment at every stage of treatment. The doctor demonstrated not only extensive medical knowledge but also exceptional attentiveness and empathy, which gave us – as a family – a sense of security and hope.
